What you will do

The Senior Financial Analyst will act as a key team member, providing timely financial analysis and insights, assisting in the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, monitoring key financial figures, and providing various reporting and support to our business partners. This is an exciting finance business partnering role where you will work directly with the Innovation Excellence (IE) and Marketing & Sales Enablement (M&SE) organizations to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

  • Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives and goals.
  • Track performance against projections, identify trends, risks and opportunities to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the IE & M&SE organizations to gain insights into business operations
  • Provide day-to-day financial support and detailed analysis for financial reviews with business partners and functional leaders.
  • Maintain and improve financial models for budgeting and reporting
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings and deliver finance updates to business partners
  • Support month-end close process and ad-hoc requests

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years experience required in Finance, FP&A, or related field.
  • Proven track record of business partnering preferred.
  • Excel expertise required; PowerBI, SAP & BPC experience preferred.
  • PowerBI and BPC proficiency preferred

This individual is required to be onsite at our Mahwah, NJ office 2 days a week.
