Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and finance, to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables related to fab selection and performance monitoring.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate the economic feasibility of potential fab locations, considering factors such as capital expenditure, operational costs, and return on investment.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support business case development and decision-making related to fab selection.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the fab.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimization strategies.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to assess the fab's performance against industry standards and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor manufacturing to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience in evaluating and interpreting financial data.
  • Proficient in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards is a plus.

U.S. Salary Range:

$140,500.00 - $193,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
