Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Be instrumental in ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead project planning, execution, and closure activities. - Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. - Monitor project progress and report on key metrics. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management principles. - Experience in using project management tools and software. - Knowledge of budgeting and financial management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with risk management practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
