We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Partner Program Manager to own the end-to-end operationalization and execution of Pure’s global partner program. In this role, you will translate high-level partner requirements and benefits into a fully implemented, scalable, and easy-to-operate program.

You will work across Channel Operations, Partner Experience, Partner Enablement, Partner Marketing, Partner Services, and the Global Partner Organization (GPO) to ensure every new or updated program element is delivered on time, fully validated, and operationally sound. You will build and drive detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, identify and escalate risks early, and deliver concise executive-level updates.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, takes complete ownership, challenges the status quo, and is passionate about creating an exceptional partner experience through operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for global program launches.
  • Lead recurring cross-functional meetings, track task ownership, and ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • Create clear, executive-ready summaries, dashboards, and status reports highlighting progress, risks, and required decisions.
  • Develop as-is and to-be process maps and drive alignment across all involved functions.
  • Ensure consistent and auditable understanding of program requirements, including eligibility rules, tracking logic, and payout mechanisms.
  • Coordinate readiness across systems, partner-facing tools, documentation, enablement content, and communications.
  • Validate all program updates—tiers, benefits, incentives, requirements, designations, certifications, and operational processes—prior to launch.
  • Maintain version control and ownership mapping for all program documentation.
  • Serve as the single source of truth for program implementation status, decisions, owners, and deliverables.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of program management experience in channel programs, channel operations, or a similar function within a technology company.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Strong understanding of partner program components such as incentives, tiering, requirements, competencies, lifecycle management, and operational readiness.
  • High proficiency in Asana, Google Workspace, and other project management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple, fast-moving priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding partner program.
