Job Summary

To support the Global HOA Billing group and provide a lead role in designing and implementing and providing ongoing support for all Global Maintenance Fee (MF) Reports as well as provide basic business systems support for maintenance fee reporting that could support billing and collections processes. This position will take the lead, in working with Business Support, in billing MVC Points, and MVC Club dues ($700M in annual billings). This position will also support the DOF’s in the various HOA’s who need ad hoc reports for management and Board of Directors. This position will also be the backup for billing all brands.  

Responsibilities

  • Supports existing report development and preparation of monthly reporting, as well as ad hoc reporting required by senior management as well as site Directors of Finance.
  • Design and implement new maintenance fee (MF) reports for all brands
  • Maintain and update on an annual basis, existing MF reports to Senior Management
  • Produce monthly Global MF reports
  • Reconcile reports to the subsidiary systems (Concord and DGSun)
  • Produce ad hoc reports for both Sr Management and site Directors of Finance and site board of directors
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations with new or revised reporting.
  • Provide a lead role, working with Business Support on billing MVC Points, Club Dues, and APAC.
  • Lead department efforts on any new projects
  • Act as the backup for billing all brands

Candidate Profile

Education/Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in related area.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Attributes

  • Ability to analyze and identify problems and present solutions.
  • Ability to lead and direct small teams of associates from time to time.
  • Ability to multi-task with limited supervision.
  • Must possess an intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access a plus.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required.
