About the Role

Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through a network of agents to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives

  • 准确、及时地宣导、落实中国区制定的各项产品营销推动计划和PPR整体解决方案
  • 承担新产品及相关营运医学知识培训、演练、答疑解惑提升一线产品能力
  • 了解当地业务目标,进行关键指标分解,紧密监控达成情况,并及时采取措施调整
  • 联合分公司其他相关部门(ADE, 培训,营运,市场等), 以产品为抓手,通过系统的业务推动框架(4阶段4要素)进行业务推动,以确保实现年度VoNB目标
  • , 在CHO产品推动资料基础上开发营销业务人员分层推动、销售工具和配套培训课件负责老客户数据分析及加保
  • 执行年度销售战略/竞赛/活动以帮助渠道达成管理层制定的年度销售目标;
  • 根据分公司部经理的要求,参与特定业务项目,以帮助渠道达成销售目标,满足销售需求;
  • 执行业务渠道各类业务策划会务、活动及竞赛出行。
  • 营销员荣誉体系推动:
  • 推广并执行营销员渠道各类荣誉体系,包括月度荣誉体系、年度荣誉体系、五星会荣誉、MDRT等;
  • 推动MDRT文化,扩大MDRT队伍,助力全年渠道业务目标达成;
  • 推动五星会荣誉体系,举办五星会活动,以提升新人活动率及津贴获得率;
  • 组织执行各类荣誉性质大型颁奖典礼及活动。
  • 合作资源拓展:拓展当地适合高净值客群的优质异业合作机构,完善分公司高净值生态圈资源服务网络,并与合作机构建立良好长期的合作关系。    
  • 资源推广和落地:负责在分公司各渠道进行高净值生态圈资源服务平台的宣导和推广,推动各项资源服务的切实落地应用,协助各渠道实现其高净值产品销售目标。
  • 活动策划和执行:协助分公司各销售渠道,策划组织或协助组织当地高净值异业合作资源的客户活动。
  • 销售团队培训支持:为销售团队高净值客群展业能力提升提供培训资源和支持。
  • 总部高净值业务部事务支持
  • 调研和反馈:了解当地高净值客群的特点和需求,为异业合作资源在分公司的发展情况提供反馈,并协助制定高净值生态圈在分公司的发展策略。
  • 执行年度销售战略/竞赛/活动以帮助渠道达成管理层制定的年度销售目标;
  • 执行业务渠道各类业务策划会务、活动及竞赛出行。完成主管安排的其他任务。
