  • Greet guests in a courteous and enthusiastic manner.
  • Answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and pricing.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service to enhance the guest experience.
  • Operate POS (Point-of-Sale) systems to complete transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Issue receipts and provide correct change. Properly clean and sanitize surfaces with chemical designated for it.
  • To manage products following strict HACPP regulations, wrapping of product, dating and marking, as well as maintaining products in the temperature required.
  • To allocate products as per specifications in the different Display coolers, hot snack boxes, Display show cases, drawers, Condiment stations or any other piece of equipment designated for the service.
  • To advise when running low on products.
  • To follow all procedures stated by the company and to ensure these procedures are constantly executed. To observe all hygienic practices dictated by our HACCP system to control contamination of products.
  • Facilitating opening and closing duties, including equipment setup/tidying up of workstation.
  • Ability to follow instructions from Concessions Supervisor and always adhere to company standards.
  • Support in making coffee, heating sandwiches, and serving to customers.
  • Cooperate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
