Claim Investigator Specialist

The Opportunity

What motivates you?

  • Investigate life insurance claims to determine their legitimacy and ensure they meet policy requ
  • Verify the authenticity of documents such as medical report,death certifictes and beneficiary statements
  • Surrounding hospital check and random check to health facilities, Send and follow up Doctor Investigation (DI) to health facilities
  • Report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with investigations
  • Compile reports on team performance, investigation outcomes, and identified trends

We are looking for someone with: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Investigaive experience (typically 2-4 years ) in ivestigative work,preferably in the specific industry
  • Experience in managing complex invetsigations
  • Technical Skills : Ability to analyze data and evidence,interpret findings,and present conclusions
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide your team
  • Project management skills to keep investigations on track and meet deadlines

Nice to Haves: 

  • Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders 

On the job you will: 

  • Assist in the end-to-end product development process, from regulatory approval to implementation and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with proposition, actuarial and underwriting teams to develop product pricing, risk assessments, and profitability analyses.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, promotional strategies, and sales support materials.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product development process.
  • Prepare and present product proposals, business cases, and performance reports to related stakeholders
  • Support the creation of policy documents, training materials, and other product-related documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members and assist in their development.
