Our Private Cloud Infrastructure Secrets Management team is building the foundation for a secure and scalable future, and we need a Senior Engineering Manager like you to lead the charge.

About the Role

What you'll do:

  • Empower a team of hardworking SRE engineers to build and maintain a robust secret management system using cutting-edge tools like Vault, Ceph, and Ansible.

  • Drive the strategy for securing sensitive information like API keys, passwords, and certificates across our entire organization.

  • Champion security best practices and mentor your team in secure coding techniques.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate secret management solutions into our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring the threat landscape and adapting our security measures.

About You

What you'll bring:

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated ability leading SRE teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deep understanding of secret management best practices and technologies like HashiCorp Vault.

  • Validated ability to build and scale distributed systems in a Unix/Linux environment.

  • Experience working with and supporting CI/CD

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible

  • Experience with security auditing and compliance frameworks

Other Qualifications: 

  • A passion for coaching and mentoring engineers to reach their full potential.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Understanding of DevOps methodologies

  • Good understanding of private & public cloud design considerations

  • Experience leading teams in large-scale platforms
