Customer Solutions

Our Retail Insurance organization focuses on innovative, digitally enabled and customer-first insurance solutions. We are seeking a talented Product Manager who is ready to join a dynamic team, responsible for our Travel and Emerging Products division, who will lead the way in creating market-leading insurance offerings. You’ll be part of a supportive group that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. Together, we’ll shape the future of insurance and deliver products that matter to our customers.

What You’ll Do

Be at the heart of our product innovation. You’ll help create and execute strategic plans that shape the future of our Travel and Emerging Products shelf. This isn’t just about managing products; it’s about re-imagining what’s possible and setting the standard for excellence. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to bring new products to life, refine and enhance existing ones, and make data-driven decisions that resonate with our customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — including marketing, distribution, technology, compliance, and others — to ensure every product delivers value and meets customer expectations. Your day-to-day will be a blend of strategy, creativity, analysis, and collaboration. From monitoring market trends and evaluating competitive landscapes, to building relationships with internal and external partners, you’ll find yourself driving meaningful results. You’ll champion customer needs, turn insights into impactful products and deliver exceptional experiences. And yes, you’ll also be expected to participate in optimizing the financial performance of our product suite.

What We’re Looking For

A driven, innovative leader who’s passionate about making a difference. To thrive in this role, you should have a deep understanding of customer needs and a strong desire to create products that stand out. You should love data as much as you love creativity, and be comfortable challenging the status quo to make things better. You’ll succeed if you’re results-oriented, an excellent communicator, and skilled at building strong relationships across teams. We value self-awareness and openness to feedback, and we’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are welcomed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A track-record of 4+ years in product management, innovation or relevant roles within insurance, financial services, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycles from ideation to execution, while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Intellectually curious, eager to learn, ask questions, and explore new ideas.  You use your strong analytical skills to seek and understand the “why” behind trends and data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for building strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • A focus on customer experience and a passion for developing solutions that make a real impact.
