岗位目标: 在生产计划排程及实施过程中，生产计划助理需具备熟悉工厂生产的所有产品，熟悉每个产品的工艺流程，并协助生产计划完成排定生产计划执行与追踪。

                                            

岗位职责: 

该职位所需要负责的工作内容包括，但不仅包括以下内容：

1、根据生产计划编制周计划，进行日计划排程

2、负责焊接，油漆及装配三个生产车间的生产计划落实、跟踪、协调、解决生产中出现异常问题，对于重大事件及时反馈给生产计划给予支持

3、在订单发放之前确认生产工单物料可用性，确保生产工单可执行性

4、创建及发放生产订单至各生产车间

5、根据生产运行计划，掌握生产进度，搞好各条生产线的组织协调工作

6、与仓库及物料 计划紧密合作

7、在SAP系统里更新及维护正确的计划参数（生产周期，生产批量，计划策略，计划冲销模式，安全库存等）

8、及时完成每周报告汇总

9、主管交代的其它工作

背景/经验: 

1、技校，高中及中专以上学历
2、2年以上生产线工作经验
3、熟悉生产现场的工艺，布局和基本操作
5、有较强的分析能力和沟通能力，沉稳踏实有责任心
6、有一定的电脑操作能力，可以使用EXCEL, WORD等办公软件

JOB PURPOSE  During the arrangement and implementation of the production plan, As a production scheduler assistant, you should be familiar all products in production, be familiar with each of production engineer process, work and assist with production scheduler build production planning and ensure MPS fulfillment.                            

JOB DUTIES: 

The working content should include the blow task

1. Draft the daily production plan according to the weekly plan arranged by production planner

2. Be responsible for the implementation of the welding, painting and assembly workshop, and monitor, track, co-ordinate the abnormal issue in the production, give feedback and ask for help from the production planner if big issues happened

3. Check the materials availability to ensure the production plan can be executed

4. Create and issue production order to workshop

5. Monitor the progress of the production, coordinate the lines in workshop

6. Work closely with production planner and warehouse

7. Maintain and update the relevant parameter setting in SAP (In-house production lead time, manufacturing lot size, planning strategy, SS, planning offset…)

8. Timely finish the weekly report summary

9. The work assigned by supervisor

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: 

1. Technical background, high schools or above

2. Two years working experience in production line

3. Be familiar with the process, layout and basic operation of workshop

4. Strong analysis and communication ability

5. Be familiar with Excel, Word, and ability of operating computers
