WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We need a Global Stores Retail Marketing Experience Manager who is an innovative storyteller with a digital mindest that can leverage insights and best practices to create and evolve the store experience. Stores Marketing is responsible for the development and evolution of a best in class retail experience across all of our store concepts, including services and membership, that ultimately inspire, power and serve the geographies, and a Member first journey.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

No two days will look the same, as you work with various cross functional partners to continue to innovate and evolve retail marketing to better serve our consumers.  You will partner on the development of strategies to support our stores offense, product and service experiences, membership innovation, and evolution for an O2O Member first journey, creating briefs that deliver against that vision. You will collaborate with cross functional teams and leverage insights to bring best in class storytelling, services and brand experiences to life, empowering geos and cross-functional teams with strategies, tools and guidance to deliver a fully integrated and elevated journey. 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Director of Retail Marketing Experience and work closely with the entire Global Retail Marketing team.  You will also work daily with cross functional teams around the globe to to push the future thinking for Nike Stores across: Nike Stores Team, Brand Creative, Services and Athlete Experiences, Membership, Digital Product, Merchandising and Geo teams.  Depending on projects, you may also work with Store Operations and external agency partners.

WHAT YOU BRING

o   Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or extensive experience in Retail Marketing in lieu of a degree.

o   6+ years experience in a marketing role, retail experience required

o   Experience working with Sr Leadership to influence decisions and drive change at scale.

o   Extensive retail marketing background with previous experience in a large scale vertical retail environment and understands reaching broad scale at an accelerated pace.

o   Ability to craft detailed strategies and implementation plans that are easy for geo teams to execute.

o   Can-do demeanor with the shown ability to adapt to changes in business needs or direction.

o   Knowledge of current retail landscape and the latest trends and innovations for retail. 

o   Relentlessly curious and knowledgeable about the consumer and their world.

o   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong influencing & negotiating skills required.

Confident presentation and computer skills with command of Outlook calendar, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
