About the team
The Enterprise Technology Office focuses on building and supporting common software and components that are used across all lines of business within FIS. The team you’ll be joining is the Infinity IdP team, which focuses on FIS’ identity and access management that is used to provide authentication, authorization and single sign-on to hundreds of applications serving millions of customers.
What you will be doing
- Coordinate with stakeholders, manage and mentor a team and understand their requirement and resolve those.
- Defines project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Defines, constructs, supports and provides training for enterprise frameworks.
• Defines and maintains a library of functional component models within and across FIS product lines.
• Documents functional product solutions for key FIS product strategy and product management initiatives leveraging defined functional component model libraries and the defined product line architecture roadmap.
• Documents functional product solutions for key FIS financial services sales opportunities leveraging defined functional component model libraries and the defined product line architecture roadmap.
• Maintains a catalogue of reusable functional application components consumable across applications and product lines.
• Reviews functional and technical designs to identify areas of risk and/or missing requirements.
• Acts as tie breaker on design decisions.
• Documents and publishes appropriate architecture principles and standards, position papers, blueprints, best practices, patterns and frameworks.
• Communicates system architecture to technical and business audiences.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you bring
- At least 15 years of total experience with at least 4 years as a Manager.
- At least 3 years of experience in working on enterprise level IAM solutions.
- Knowledge of SSO solutions and integration techniques to enable centralized access control.
- Experience in working with identity federation protocols like SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect for cross-domain authentication.
- Knowledge of implementing MFA methods such as biometrics, one-time passwords(OTP).
- Strong understanding of role assignment and access governance based on organizational hierarchies.
- Understanding of certificate-based authentication and managing digital certificates.
- Experience in working on AWS and Azure.
- Experience in writing applications in Java (Spring), Hibernate and Javascript (Angular).
- An in-depth understanding of design patterns and their application, strong OOPS fundamentals.
- An in-depth knowledge of REST services.
- Hands on knowledge on application deployment in Tomcat, JBoss.
- Good knowledge on build tools – Ant, Maven.
- Experience with Oracle, MySQL, Postgres.
- Exposure to Linux environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels.
- Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.
- Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed.
- Ability to self-manage your time and gauge priorities.
- Experience in Agile development using Atlassian tools.
