The Senior Marketing Manager sits in the Consumer Marketing team, reporting directly to the Executive Manager for the Home Buying portfolio. The team is fast paced with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The culture is built on energy, pace, curiosity, responsibility and commitment.
On any given day, you will:
Build the marketing strategy for your portfolio to deliver on business and customer goals, with a focus on customer acquisition
Generate and leverage customer insights to identify core strategic customer challenges/opportunities/pain points to help shape the development of relevant strategies and initiatives
Lead the development and execution of the acquisition marketing strategy to support customer/channel objectives, segment our target audiences and partner with other marketing teams to integrate into other relevant product and customer strategies
Execute ruthless prioritisation of activities against strategic plan to align to key objectives and COE resourcing
Oversee Marketing Managers who will work in cross functional agile teams with core partners to develop GTM plans that will meet business/customer objectives
Lead holistic reporting for acquisition marketing activity, including results on business objectives, key learnings and next steps
Actively lead and mentor a team of strategic marketing managers to ensure the development of efficient, timely and effective communications that ladders up to the strategy and business objectives
We want to hear from you if this sounds like you:
Deep knowledge and experience in consumer financial services as a product manager, marketer, or even a customer-obsessed all-rounder in a start-up environment; Home Buying (mortgages) is a plus
Highly strategic with experience designing customer value propositions that are simple, cohesive and can be used to develop compelling GTM strategies
Experience in executing both above-the-live and below-the-line channels, adapting the marketing strategy to relevant channels, and communicating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Strong leadership and planning capabilities and experience working as a 2IC
Insight driven with ability to use data to tell stories, influence decision making and development of marketing initiatives, and connect them to business opportunities/challenges
Strong stakeholder management skills with all elements of the value chain including product, data and analytics, digital
Strong business acumen and understanding of ROI/ROMI and campaign metrics
Creative thinker with problem-solving/growth mindset
