Preferred Qualifications:  

  • English language communications required.  

  • Excellent telephone and guest services skills.  

  • Advanced computer skills.  

  • Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.  

  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage terminology.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Takes and processes room service orders in a timely manner according to Loews standards.  

  • Posts Amenity charges to guest accounts.  

  • Completes room service paperwork to ensure proper billing of all charges to appropriate guest account.  

  • Maintains room service tracking and control records and files.  

  • Follows cash handling SOP and all other standards. 

  • Dispatch runners/server to handle guest requests.  

  • Other duties as assigned.
