Role Description:

  • Develop and deliver strategic reward solutions for leading organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, shaping reward strategies and frameworks.
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to product development and client solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, driving business growth.
  • Navigate legal complexities and contracts with a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead reward consulting projects, including compensation frameworks, incentive design, job architecture, and pay transparency initiatives.
  • Conduct robust analysis and translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, contribute to proposals, and win new business.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and manage client portfolios.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate on project delivery.

What makes you stand out:

  • 7+ years of experience in rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR strategy, ideally in a consulting or advisory setting.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with a passion for developing new solutions.
  • Proven client-facing experience and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in legal and contractual matters.
  • Fluent in Danish and English (or another Nordic language); Danish fluency is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams and geographies.
  • A passion for data-driven problem solving and translating insights into business impact.
