The LATAM AS New Business Opportunities Specialist will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with both global and regional objectives, specifically focusing on aftersales business. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends. Additionally, the specialist will share best practices, key metrics, documentation, etc

  • Overseeing and managing various aftersales projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports to executives, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
  • Assisting in the preparation of executive materials for both global and Americas regions.
  • Acting as the Project Management Office (PMO) for aftersales initiatives across different LATAM markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Cascading and planning the company’s AS strategy in alignment with global and Americas directives.
  • Developing and implementing plans that address immediate needs, mid-term goals, and long-term objectives to ensure sustainable growth and success of LATAM AS markets.
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify new AS business opportunities and trends.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Overseeing budget allocation and ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Tracking and evaluating the performance of AS initiatives to ensure they meet the set objectives and deliver value.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve AS services and identify new opportunities.
  • Developing strategies to enhance post-sales services and customer satisfaction.

Job Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, and solid knowledge in aftersales business.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge in strategic planning and initiative execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AS processes and customer service improvement.

Languages

English fluency and Spanish intermediate

Experience:

Experience working in aftersales business 

Education

Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration. 

Specific Course/Certifications

PMO certification is an advantage.
