About the Role

As the Executive Assistant, you will support the Senior Vice President of Global Customer Experience and the broader GTM executive team. In this critical role, you will enhance productivity, ensure time is focused on top priorities, and contribute to the team's smooth operation.

You’ll anticipate the needs of the executives you support, staying one step ahead while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority requests in a dynamic environment.

This position is based in San Francisco and requires 2-4 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Thoughtfully prioritize and manage the schedules of Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success executives, ensuring their time is focused on high-impact matters.
  • Handle high-volume calendaring, including coordinating appointments, managing conflicts, and accommodating personal commitments.
  • Keep executives informed of upcoming responsibilities, proactively communicating schedule changes.
  • Prepare agendas, gather reports, and ensure readiness for meetings like forecast reviews, pipeline calls, and strategy sessions.
  • Coordinate and take a leading role in company All Hands meetings.
  • Prepare and edit documents, including presentations, communications, and board reports.
  • Organize and execute key events such as Revenue Kickoff (RKO), President’s Club, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and team offsites.
  • Support in-person GTM events and logistics in San Francisco as needed.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including accommodations and transportation.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and manage reimbursements.
  • Handle sensitive information related to sales strategies, client relationships, and team dynamics with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
  • Act as an advocate for Mixpanel’s culture, helping to promote and develop company values.
  • Take on special projects as needed to support the GTM leadership team.

 Experience & Skills:

  • Multiple years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced technology companies, with excellent references.
  • Proven experience with heavy calendaring for senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Accrualify is a plus.
  • Background in a startup or hyper-growth tech environment is highly valued.

Compensation

The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.
