The People & Organization (P&O) function in Novonesis is a global function with 6 different regions, that collectively support the organization of around 10,000+ employees. The P&O function is newly established as part of the merger between Chr. Hansen and Novozymes, one of the biggest mergers on Danish ground. P&O plays a highly critical and pivotal role in the post merger integration, and we have a clear goal of aligning and deciding the future people processes and set-up in the new combined company.
As Senior P&O Core Support you will be part of Danish P&O Core team. The P&O Core Delivery function is responsible for the operational P&O areas and administration, and for the day-to-day advising to leader on related matters. We are looking for an experienced HR professional, with a passion for P&O operations and continuous improvements, who can navigate in an environment of change and who would like to make an everyday impact by:
•Delivering professional and efficient operational and administrative support and ensure timely advice to managers and employees.
•Contract administration and advice (new hires and changes), including generating contracts and addendums, and advice managers in that regard
•Advising and supporting managers and employees on processes, terms and conditions regarding vacation, sickness and other kinds of absence and leave
•For selected P&O systems and specific modules, be the super user for the region
•Support managers and employees on local mobility matters
•Support managers and HRBP on processes, terms and conditions
•Document Management: Organizing, filing, and maintaining employee records, both digital and physical
•Responding to inquiries through joint mailbox, addressing employee questions and concerns related to P&O policies and benefits
