Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization and its clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to provide effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services - Manage delivery of services based on operational requirements and service agreement - Collaborate with multiple teams to provide effective solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE - Strong understanding of cloud-based systems and services - Experience in managing and supporting production systems - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices - Experience with incident management and problem resolution - Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools Skills & Required Tasks: - Work on Incidents - Send reports to the requestors after the change is performed - Plan the implementation plan based on the change window - Work with vendor (vmware) on major issues - Work with vendor (vmware) for console upgrade - Work on changes - Store flip activity - Cleaning up old store details in console - Work on intakes based on the requirements - Create changes based on the requirement Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Intune - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
