What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional veterinary care to your patients and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Work with your hospital's team to maintain high medical and ethical standards.
• Leverage VIP’s infrastructure for HR, marketing, operations, and finance to help grow your practice.
• Explore leadership opportunities within the practice or within the VIP network.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• License (or eligibility to obtain) to practice veterinary medicine in the state of the practice location.
• Interest in or experience with practice ownership or joint venture partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Passionate about providing high-quality care and building long-lasting client relationships.
• Must be currently living or willing to relocate to one of the states VIP is currently located in:
• California, Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia
