Summary: As an Application Lead, you will collaborate in the project and have the opportunity to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and lead the team to perform. Your role will involve being an SME, making team decisions, and managing the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Ensure high performance and quality of deliverables. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). - Strong understanding of supply chain management solutions. - Experience in designing and implementing applications. - Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with ERP systems and integration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A Bachelor or above degree is required
