The Business & Office Administrator function to ensure efficient operations of NZTH site.

Key competence area including (but not limited to):

  • recommending changes to local policies,

  • procedures to improve operations, planning budgets for events, administrative scope of contracts and supplies,

  • monitoring the safety & health concern of employees, ensure facilities in used are in compliance with both internal and external governing regulations,

  • proactive and always thinking ahead to improve existing process and system.

This function will perform duties to support 3 main responsibilities area:

1) Customer Support

2) Business Administration

3) Finance Assistant

Customer Support (50%)

Be the main point of contact for Thai customers (across industries) related to order to cash (OTC) process and bridge the gap between all internal functions such as Supply Chain, Sales and Sales Support, Finance and internal stakeholders.

Capabilities:

  • Mandatory highly skilled of TH National Single window, LPI, logistic process and able to handle custom tax processing etc.

  • Mandatory SAP experiences

  • Fluent in English which can review supply contract agreement coordination, document translation from English to Thai and vice versa.

  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Thai is essential.

  • Good communication skill and speed as single point of contact for sample, order, delivery, payment communication with TH customers and coordinate internally supply chain, sales support, finance, sales (order to cash)

  • Responsible for Tax invoice (local document to customer after shipments)

  • Be the champion for future process implementation of local shipment delivery

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and resolving any issues.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Financial administration (20%)

Be the key liaison with our FIN SSC team, supporting their requirements for official document submission and storage and process management of the following:

Local Tax office matters, Local Pension / Labor offices matter, Utilities offices, TEM report compliance / invoice management, Local Authority Mails, Corporate Credit Card, Official Company Seal, Board of Investment Annual update, Board resolution / official company documents, Purchases / office consumption, effective management of NZTH Admin budget.

Business administration (20%)

Be the key support to our Thai office, ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the following:

Travel agency liaison, Meeting & events, Filing & reports, Office administration, be the site Safety & health lead, general IT requirements.

Stakeholder management (internal/external) (10%):

As the job entails working with local authorities and stakeholders across HQ, regions and functions, great organizational and communication skills are needed as well as a drive to continuously improve working processes. The candidate will also be working closely with NZTH appointed co. secretary & legal representative to ensure smooth administration of official documents.
