What You Will Do:

The OB Coder shall be responsible for coding OB/GYN office and hospital encounters. Review of patient records will be conducted via facility EMR, scanning technology or other established method. This position will perform all related job duties as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
  • High level of productivity
  • Advanced Coding Skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong working knowledge of Protected Health Information


What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ​3 years of OB coding and payer guidelines
  • Abide by all client policies and procedures.


What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Specialty OB credential

The annual salary range for this position is $43,000.00-$64,500.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
