  • Improve employee onboarding and offboarding experiences by automating and documenting standardized workflows
  • Implement and maintain security best practices for Active Directory and Office 365, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and security groups.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for user access, data protection, and identity management.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT support teams to improve the overall employee experience, focusing on seamless access to tools and resources through AD and Office 365.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues related to AD, Office 365, and identity management.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to empower employees to effectively use Office 365 tools.
  • Work closely with network, security, and system administration teams to ensure a cohesive IT infrastructure.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports on user activity, licensing usage, security incidents, and performance metrics for leadership review.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for Active Directory, Office 365 configurations, user management procedures, and security protocols.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with IT teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency in processes.

Qualifications:
