Our dedicated vets, nurses and nursing assistants, supported by the administrative teams, are committed to providing the highest quality surgical and medical care for pets. Many of our clinicians are nationally or internationally recognised specialists in their field and bring unique experiences to care for pets.

We accept referrals for Orthopaedic Surgery, Soft Tissue Surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Cardiology, Anaesthesia, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology and Physiotherapy.

We have comprehensive and established clinical and non-clinical programmes for training, development and CPD.

You can find us in Hampshire, just south of Winchester, close to the M3 and national and international transport links. We are in a serene countryside setting with state-of-the-art facilities and are available to look after pets 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The role and responsibilities include:

We are looking for a strong leader (ECVDI or ACVR boarded) and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to lead our incredible team.  

As Head of Diagnostic Imaging, you will work in collaboration with the other Heads of Service and report directly to the Clinical Director. The main purpose of the role is to manage, support, and develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities.

This role includes supervision of image acquisition and reporting across all imaging modalities as well as participation in rounds and resident supervision. We have on site MRI (Phillips 1.5T), CT (64-slice Siemens Somatom Perspective), two Ultrasound machines (GE S8 and S7), Fluoroscopy (Philips Zenition 50) and digital radiography (stationary and mobile FUJI DR systems).
