As a Sr. Project Management Analyst, Experiential Marketing we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to enhance our Events and Experiences team. As a project manager in this team, you will be tasked with the development and implementation of event strategies for our internal and external audiences. Your role will be part of conceptualizing event ideas that align with our objectives with the cross functional team (CFT) and ensure flawless execution for an unforgettable experience. Collaborating with various partners, including external agencies, business teams, legal, communications, procurement team and social teams, will be integral to bringing teams vision to life and providing a comprehensive event experience.

As a Sr. Project Management Analyst, Experiential Marketing, you will:
Work as a manager to lead event execution; manage end to end events taking place internally and externally
Lead and manage all events and conferences through all the project phases – Initiation, planning, execution and closure
Create and manage entire lifecycle of event from start to finish, going through all process from scoping, request for quote, working with procurement to identify the right vendor, doing technical analysis of these vendor and finally executing the event and closing it
Act as the single-point-of-contact between Target in India Marketing CFT teams (Creative, User Experience, Accessibility & UI Engineering) and lead projects thru the entire concept & execution phase
Lead /assist with special projects which could either be self-identified or assigned
Collaborate with communications teams to execute detailed communication plans designed to communicate and promote events
Work on the ROI and budget allocation to deliver the event in timely and on budgets
Maintain, communicate and track event successes on a daily basis
Oversee all associated event operations: third party oversight, compliance, budget management, approvals etc.
About you:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Event Management, Communication, Journalism and Marketing) or equivalent
8+ years total experience with 4+ years as Event Manager / Account Manager /Client Servicing in the event industry with ability to manage and execute big and complex events and conferences
Should have a good idea about all the technical aspects of event management in physical and hybrid setting
Worked on Big conferences with speaker management, content management, setting up process, logistics, stakeholder management and planning the show flow
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience planning and executing large-scale and smaller-scale events that are brand-relevant and very high quality
A passion for detail and an ability to think creatively is critical
Takes ownership, exercises strong judgment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to ensure the needs of the group are met
Excellent oral and written communications skills, exceptional communication skills across all settings, ability to tailor message as appropriate
Able to think and react quickly during event execution and able to work fluidly when overseeing events
Willingness to work in fast-paced environment and beyond traditional business hours when necessary
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Exposure to multichannel marketing creative & communication
