Disney’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Business Solutions Partner interested in making an impact in a Talent Acquisition space evolving with the expectations of TA professionals, leaders, and candidates. The Talent Acquisition Process and Solutions team ensures TA professionals have the tools they need to discover, nurture, assess and advocate for talent, candidates have an experience worthy of Disney and our employees are supported in achieving their career goals.
With The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) this individual will establish business processes and represent needs and solutions for a varied set of talent acquisition clients across the Enterprise. These businesses encompass studio, parks, entertainment, technical and corporate hiring needs. What you will do
- Be a creative problem solver establishing paths forward to complex problems in a sophisticated and interconnected Talent Acquisition ecosystem.
- Outline functional and business requirements for Talent Acquisition initiatives ranging in size from minor enhancements to large projects.
- Use knowledge of HR platforms to partner with Workforce Technology to translate business requirements into process and technology solutions and deliver on business outcomes.
- Maintain an understanding of system capabilities for the Talent Acquisition system portfolio, including ongoing releases and new feature rollouts.
- Find opportunities to fulfill Talent Acquisition objectives using our portfolio of systems.
- Design solutions that provide positive user experiences for job candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition teams, then partner with Workforce Technology on the development and implementation of these solutions.
- Maintain compliance with process, technology and data requirements according to specific client or geographic mandates.
- Perform platform reviews to identify optimization opportunities – including user training, data integrity, and compliance.
- Collaborate and partner with other internal teams and vendors/partners including Talent Acquisition representatives, Technology, Global HR Operations, and other Centers of Excellence to advance Talent Acquisition strategic objectives.
- Partner with Testing team members to develop comprehensive testing scripts.
- Partner with Process & Enablement team to ensure creation of accurate process documentation and effective training materials for new and updated applications.
What to bring
- 5+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment, HRIS, or general Human Resources organization.
- Demonstrated experience in application solution design, including developing business requirements, user stories, process design, and system testing.
- Prior experience with multiple recruitment platforms including: Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday/BrassRing); Talent Pipeline Systems (Beamery/LinkedIn); Human Resources Management Systems (SAP); and other recruitment databases
- Expert ability to translate business needs and problems into solutions.
- Advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate project objectives and scope feasibility, gain understanding, and develop action plan for execution.
- Superior organizational and process management skills as demonstrated by an ability to manage multiple detailed projects and drive towards deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate closely with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical fields.
