What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with the client and team in the design, development, support and enhancement of digital applications serve as the technical point of contact for process analysis gathering business requirements and developing/configuring applications
  • Oversee the entire application life cycle including design, development, testing, implementation deployment and maintenance; Update the client website as needed as part of larger project plan
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs
  • Mentoring guide team members to enhance their skills and ensure project success
  • Ensure it here once to best practices and standards throughout the software development life cycle (Agile)
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders'
  • Assist with Business Development efforts including providing technical input and expertise


What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of FIVE (5) years of Web Development Experience with a strong track record working as a of performing process analysis, gathering business requirements, and developing/configure digital applications for federal or commercial clients
  • Minimum Degree: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree
  • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
  • Deep understanding of application design development, support, and enhancement life cycle
  • Experience in the software development life cycle (Agile) across all phases, including design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in one or more front end programming languages and platforms such as PHP, WordPress, MySQL, C#, etc.
  • Experience and knowledge of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design concepts and methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders and team members
  • Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools knowledge of data integration and API management
  • Experience in providing training and support to end users

The annual salary range for this position is $86,500.00-$129,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
