Job Description:

As a Band BTA in the HR department, you will focus on well-defined objectives with hands-on involvement in designing, developing, and executing at least one component of solutions/products, technology, projects, or IT horizontal processes within a team. You will also contribute to the proper functioning of IT in sub-OU, service, product, program, technology domain, or IT horizontal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on well-defined objectives with hands-on involvement in designing, developing, and executing at least one component of solutions/products.
• Ensure proper functioning of IT in sub-OU, service, product, program, technology domain, or IT horizontal process.
• Quickly learn new skills and adapt to new systems.

• Participate in teamwork and demonstrate awareness of cultural impacts on work.
