Job Description:

Security engineer with some experience in running AntiVirus Solutions or Network Security Solutions.
The role will sit within the restricted Accounts Secure Infrastructure team within the DXC Security organisation and will require knowledge of multiple security technologies. It is essential to have knowledge and experience of Network Security tooling and configuration and or AntiVirus Offerings such as Trellix (ePO, Drive Encryption, USB Control, MOVE AV), Forcepoint (DLP, Web GW, Email GW), Avecto and F5, Broadcom Symantec, Microsoft Defender for End point as Examples
The role is to provide Security Services to DXC Security clients and DXC Technology as a whole.
Security Clearance and Single National status required to obtain clearances.


Job Description

•    Provide Senior Technology Engineering support to external customers and internal project teams through Incident tickets and planned project upgrade work.
•    Responsible for the Accuracy of the Protection across the estate, Performing Daily Health checks and raising Incidents with other Service lines where issues outside of the teams control is identified. Contributing to the provision of technical support in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers’ businesses.  
•    Create and maintain effective customer relationships so as to ensure customer satisfaction ensuring our responses to SLA's and OLA's are met and improved upon.  
•    Maintain knowledge of Products and Technologies be responsible for and remaining aware of industry/market knowledge and your Training pathways.  
•    Actively contribute to DXC Security’s solutions portfolio if asked by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from previous customer work. 
•    Help shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organisation and for external customers if requested to do so working closely with Security Architects.  
•    Accountable for consistent and significant chargeability levels and for assisting in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals.  
•    Document Project and incident work to ensure continuity within the team.
