Responsibilities: As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Your day-to-day activities will include creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to migrate and deploy data across systems. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Data Engineering is required. Advanced proficiency in Data Processing is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Data Pipelines is suggested. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance to ensure efficient data flow. Implement best practices for data governance and security throughout the data lifecycle. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance data engineering processes. Document data processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
