Principals in the Strategy Practice are responsible for building the practice through client development, delivery oversight, managing strategy staff members and enriching our offerings. WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
You have expertise leading strategy engagements and forming trusted advisor relationships with senior executives at Fortune 500 and Mid-Market companies
You have a breadth of experience that spans a few of the following: growth strategy, go to market strategy, corporate and business unit strategy, business model innovation
You are an expert in utilizing analytical models and tools, and have high proficiency in the development of financial models to evaluate investment trade-offs decisions
You are comfortable with incorporating complex primary market research into strategy development
You have experience shaping strategic observations and insights to the needs and communication style of senior executives.
You understand the landscape of emerging technology, tools and platforms and how it can enable growth strategy.
You have demonstrated a track record of impactful leadership and contribution to strategy services sales/business development efforts in a professional services environment
You have experience across a wide range of industries, with a particular emphasis on healthcare and / or financial services sectors
Earned an MBA or equivalent, preferred
10+ years experience in strategic consulting (or similar field)
Demonstrated expertise in managing project teams
Natural leader, coach, mentor, team-builder
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
Ability to travel up to 15 - 25%
Ability to work from home

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $204,000 - $260,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
