Job Summary
Internet connectivity is a rapidly evolving and hyper competitive space. This Sr. Analyst role will help create connectivity products and will have great exposure and visibility as this is core to our company’s overall objectives. This individual will think strategically and have a direct impact on shaping the company’s internet product roadmap; specifically focused on the value segment. The primary scope of responsibility is supporting the full product lifecycle of developing new connectivity products from initial strategy through go-to-market launch and beyond. This individual will work cross-functionally to develop winning customer propositions and then help partner with stakeholders to bring these innovative products to life. Among other duties, this individual will help run various analyses, orchestrate customer research, strategic business cases, technology assessments, pricing & packaging evaluations, operational plans and more. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Support development of initial strategy and business cases to prioritize product initiatives
- Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy utilizing excellent strong analytical skills
- Support the defining of customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs with internal capabilities
- Assess technical and operational feasibility; support decision-making for setting business requirements for our key stakeholders and development partners
- Ensure product performance and management optimizes for customer and business objectives
- Foster relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners across Technology, Customer Experience, Strategy, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, and others
- Consistent exercising of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Generally requires 3-5 years related experience
- Excellent team-work and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills
- Customer-obsession; prior roles with a focus on creating, defining, & advocating for customer value
- Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and emerging strategies
- Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel and strong PowerPoint/Keynote experience
