The opportunity

He/ She is accountable for the accuracy and timeliness on all related tasks in Policy Admin Department. Incumbent is expected to meet datelines and deliver the expected results. In addition, this position will also involve in the UAT, and projects related to policy servicing. 

Responsibilities

  • Handle processing and servicing of MILL transaction as per the agreed turnaround time (TAT) 

  • Act as backup for other team members as and when needed. 

  • Involve and perform UAT and projects.  

  • Handle emails enquiries within the agreed TAT 

  • Assist to follow up and perform the relevant updating for Unclaimed Money process. 

  • Assist to monitor the Suspense aging. Perform the necessary checking before refund. 

  • Other administrative duties and assigned duties as and when required by the Head of Department (HOD)

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or at least 2 years working experience in servicing industry preferably in insurance industry. 

  • Basic accounting Knowledge 

  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skill. 

  • Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia
