Join the Walmart US Marketplace Legal Team to partner with the business & compliance leadership on fast-paced, financial-focused operations, and strategy for the world’s largest company. This Lead Counsel role will provide legal support for Walmart.com’s Marketplace team, provide legal counsel for Marketplace operations and transactions, and collaborate with cross functional teams to mitigate legal and compliance regulatory risk. 

You’ll make an impact by: 

• Supporting the growth of the walmart.com Marketplace platform
• Providing legal advice to the company by providing clients with an informed understanding of the client's legal rights, obligations, and risks to allow the client to make informed decisions
• Collaborating with senior executives on significant risks; seeking authority and obtaining informed consent to proceed with legal matters

You’ll sweep us off our feet if… 

• eCommerce, particularly marketplace platform, experience
• Substantial, diverse legal experience (ex. combination of in-house, government, leading law firm, etc.)
• Empower your business partners while working collaboratively to achieve cross-functional goals within a corporate environment
• Leveraging technology to streamline processes, communication and workflows

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Sunnyvale, California US-04396:The annual salary range for this position is $208,000.00-$416,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...
