Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve managing and overseeing the delivery of Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of Security Services projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of IAM solutions, with a focus on CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including working with clients to understand their security needs and requirements. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery within scope and on time. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for IAM solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM), with a focus on CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. - Strong understanding of security best practices and standards, including experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST. - Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML. - Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), with a focus on CyberArk Privileged Identity Access Management. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
