Mission and objectives:

The functional p&l leader is in charge of consolidating, reviewing and analyzing the performance P&L for both regional and global management. He/She plays a core role within Europe FP&A department, supporting the preparation and analysis for management, ensuring a smooth collaboration from all functions. Also, the candidate manages directly a junior specialist.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Consolidation of functional performance P&L on Regional Consolidated Profit (EOP) and Management Committee performance profit (CMPI-FC) for all different scenarios
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analytical work to explain the variance ensuring regular communication across a different range of functions (M&S, AS, MZ, PEC)
  • Deliver and present consolidated reports in a clearly manner to regional and global management
  • Manage a junior specialist, supporting his/her career development within the team
  • Support the continuous improvement and standardization of executive reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments for new projects or new system implementation

Background & Experience

  • Masters degree in Finance
  • 5/8 years’ professional experience in finance (reporting, manufacturing, controlling)
  • Very good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle HFM (or any other consolidated system)
  • Deep analysis and synthesis skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Very Good interpersonal skills
