Functional (job responsibilities)

Responsible to pre-vet Hire Purchase, Floor Stock & Dealer Empanelment documents and perform loan disbursement within the agreed SLA;
Responsible to attend any incoming email requests / defects /complaints, resolve and respond to it in a timely manner;
Perform data maintenance, handle security documents and returned mail management;
Responsible to handle Lodgment and Discharge of E-Hakmilik functions;
To perform checking i.e. CCRIS, RAMCI, CTOS and etc.;
Monitoring GL, ETCM CPS payments, FBR / FBT and SI tagging;
Handles and prepare daily / weekly / monthly management reporting and ad-hoc reporting as and when arises;
To ensure HP Agreements are delivered to customer and stamped in accordance to HP Act and Stamping Act;
To comply and ensure strict compliance to policies and procedures set by the Bank;
Handle any departmental projects or duty assigned by Line Manager from time to time;
To meet department’s goals / KRAs set by the management.

Education/Qualification

Preferably degree in Finance, Banking and / or Accounting.

Experience / Special Skills

Basic credit and financial knowledge
