The NMAC Funding Representative reviews approved customer applications available through LOS 5.0 to verify that the retail or lease or held offerings contract and all supporting documents meet NMAC/IFS guidelines and policies and comply with State and Federal regulations. Will also oversee special states and will work with returns deals.

 Key Responsabilities:

  • Verify, review, and process contracts approved by credit (retail or lease) to comply with State and Federal regulations from all NMAC regions.
  • Detect inconsistencies or errors of multiple contracts depending on the state, type of contract, credit conditions, etc.
  • Maintain a high-quality funding level to accomplish department goals and minimize losses.
  • Able to handle new processes, as well as adapt changes to the operation accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance matters and policy accomplishment throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma; BA Degree preferred.
  • 6 months to 1-year experience in credit or funding process.
  • Fluent verbal and written English
  • MS Office Intermediate
  • Available to work 48 hrs per week on any schedule.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge in ERP´s
  • Be open to flexible scheduling, including Saturdays
