Overview: Revolution is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Sales Representative to join our vibrant Corporate Wholesale Sales Team, contributing to our commitment to serve our communities through our expansive repertoire of innovative cannabis products to advance wellness and improve lives. As a Sales Representative at Revolution, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our brand's continued success within assigned Dispensary/Trade Partner Accounts, while fostering inclusive and authentic relationships. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Maximize sales revenue within designated dispensary accounts, surpassing Monthly KPI’s by implementing inclusive initiatives and programs, including promotions, pricing strategies, and the introduction of new products for both existing and prospective accounts. 
  • Engage in regular retailer/trade-partner onsite visits to cultivate strong relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Pioneer innovative strategies to enhance sales performance and generate leads, utilizing our CRM software and internal tracking systems to maintain clear communication and data accuracy. 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all accounts, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience that aligns with our brand values. 
  • Foster professional relationships with team members and customers, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual respect. 
  • Curate a unique customer experience to elevate brand awareness, foster loyalty, and drive in-store sales, championing our diverse and inclusive brand identity. 
  • Service existing accounts for re-orders, ensuring continuous satisfaction and retention. 
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance, strategize upcoming sales periods, and refine our marketing/sales approach. 
  • Provide valuable insights by recommending adjustments to our product mix based on customer feedback and market trends, with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility. 
  • Educate dispensary and trade partners on Revolution products and brands, promoting inclusivity and diversity in our offerings. 
  • Conduct regular market research on competitors' products, pricing, and services, staying informed of industry trends and opportunities. 
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining integrity and responsibility in all interactions. 
  • Contribute to market visits to assigned accounts, demonstrating flexibility by being available for nights, weekends, and regular business hours as needed. 
  • Produce and analyze performance results against targets on a weekly and monthly basis, driving continuous improvement. 
  • Maintain accurate reporting of business-related expenses and administrative tasks, including invoicing, expense reports, and purchase orders. 
  • Support sales operations with tasks such as entering orders, managing inventory, and fulfilling dispensary marketing requests. 

Cross-Departmental Functions: 

Collaborate closely with teams across Dispensary Operations, Cultivation Operations, Wholesale Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Education, fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Education: College degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience 
  • Experience 
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience, including but not limited to lead generation, upselling, and account maintenance and relationship management 
  • Familiarity with consumer and trade marketing brand strategies, preferably in cannabis, is advantageous but not required.  
  • Knowledge of the cannabis market, including local laws and statutes, is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with strong organization, planning, and project management abilities. Candidates should be highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and capable of working independently or collaboratively with teams, exhibiting judgment, common sense, and resourcefulness in their approach. 

 

Compensation/Benefits Insights: 

Pay Range based on demonstrated experience: ($60-75k Annual Base Salary and Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses). Revolution's Full-Time Employees are eligible for benefit offerings for the following: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA/HSA Options, PTO, 401k with company match, and employee Discount.
