Team/Role overview:
This is an intermediate level position responsible for providing onboarding concierge support for new Senior Executive hires (Directors & Managing Directors) as well as International transfers. Further duties entail providing daily concierge style support to Managing Directors for all HR-related tasks, HR processes and HR systems support as well as pay inquiries (pay, taxes, equity comp), time off inquiries, etc.
What you'll do:
Provide concierge style support to Managing Directors for HR processes and HR systems support, pay inquiries (pay, taxes, equity comp), time off inquiries, etc.
Provide Onboarding Concierge support for new Senior Executive hires by presenting general Citi and HR information and assisting with HR related task completion.
Resolving inquiries or triage to appropriate contacts in multiple areas such as Benefits enrollment, Compliance requirements and other Onboarding inquiries.
Provide recommendations for and monitor to completion of HR process and policy improvements using operational metrics, survey results, and other key performance indicators.
Support HR objectives through the effective use of HR systems such as Workday and Service Now.
Discuss strategic topics, progress of initiatives and action plans, results and metrics with stakeholders including Country Senior Management.
Provides expert problem management support to difficult or complex issues and ensures root-cause analysis is conducted with any learning applied for future benefit.
Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with HR Partners to ensure full engagement and open lines of communication.
Liaise and collaborate with Regional Stakeholder Services Relationship Managers and representatives, Regional Office, CSC and local HR partners to execute business initiatives.
Ensure effective delivery and execution of processes through collaborating with HR to translate policies into operational processes, identifying key controls, capacity planning, driving improvement and measuring performance.
Manage process delivery escalations and partner with Regional Operational Services and Global Processes Leads.
Play the role of an advisor/partner and build strategic relationship with Country, Regional, Product HR partners.
What we'll need from you:
Min. 3-4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources (ideally, from a complex, international organization)
Familiarity with onboarding process is desirable
Knowledge of applicable Employment laws
Working knowledge of industry standards and practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very good knowledge of English (min. B2, C1 preferred)
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
