Senior HR Reporting Analyst – Remote Opportunity

   

Join Allegion as a Senior HR Reporting Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping our HR reporting strategy. Utilize cutting-edge tools like Workday and Microsoft Power BI to design and implement impactful reports and dashboards. Transform data into actionable insights that drive our business forward and influence strategies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure our HR reporting meets the evolving needs of the organization. This position reports directly to the Manager of HR Systems.

What You Will Do:

  • HR Technology Tools: Workday, Microsoft Power BI
  • Strategic Development: Lead the creation of a global HR reporting strategy, defining objectives, roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Report and Dashboard Design: Create and configure dynamic Workday reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
  • Data Visualization: Develop insightful Microsoft Power BI visualizations that inform decision-making.
  • Data Analysis: Provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of report data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports, maintaining high standards of information integrity.
  • Custom Reporting: Develop custom and ad hoc reports to address specific requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Scheduled Reporting: Manage and deliver scheduled reports, supporting audits and annual reporting requirements.
  • Data Auditing: Conduct regular audits of HR data and address any discrepancies.
  • Process Development: Establish efficient processes for requesting and delivering reports.
  • Technology Integration: Stay informed on new Workday functionalities and advise stakeholders on potential enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Process owners to design reports that support their functional areas.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or Computer Science preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR related fields. At least 3 years in HR data reporting and analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Power BI. Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Intermediate PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to create, measure, and forecast key business performance indicators.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: This range is provided by Allegion. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

  • The expected Base Salary Range: $110,000-$140,000.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
  • Bonus Eligible: Yes
