As an HR Data, Governance and Reward Associate you’ll be supporting the HR team in maintaining HR policies and procedures, administrative support of Compensation & Benefits, and the timely reporting of Management Information.

The difference you’ll make:

  • Converting complex HR data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decisions

  • Providing administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation

  • Performing basic research and analysis to input to the development and improvement of HR governance frameworks

  • Providing advice and support to HR colleagues in relation to Reward and Management Information related activity, policy and practice

  • Carrying out analytical assessments relating to all aspects of Reward and Management Information

  • Supporting annual data mapping of external market benchmarking process

What you’ll bring:

These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including data analysis and knowledge of formulas

  • Sensitivity in handling confidential HR and compensation-related data with strict confidentiality, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies

  • Knowledge of Data management, checks and controls

  • Knowledge of other Microsoft Products including Word, PowerPoint

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Experience of working in a Human Resources role

  • Good knowledge of data management, checks and controls

  • Excellent attention to detail with proactive ownership of tasks ensuring effective completion within agreed timelines

  • Degree or equivalent thereof in Human Resources or related field

What else you need to know:

This role is based at our offices in Triton Square, London located within easy walking distance from Warren Street and Euston.

We want our people to thrive at work and home, and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 3 days a week.
