JOB SUMMARY

The Business Process Professional II will be responsible for providing technical support for ONEOK’s environmental information management system (ACTS). The role will support system users and provide system management, including:

• Maintaining the environmental data within the system, ensuring that it is continuously ready for use
• Managing small to mid-sized system enhancement projects related to air emissions and GHG calculations or SARA Tier II reporting
• Creating and updating system environmental reports and dashboards
• Providing configuration updates
• Creating and maintaining system processes and guidance
• Troubleshooting system and user issues
• Providing technical training to environmental department users

Key Candidate Attributes:
• Strong attention to detail
• System administration experience
• Project management experience
• Data management experience related to environmental processes preferred, especially with air emissions calculations and data
Previous experience with SQL preferred.
• Previous experience with Intelex ACTS (Asset Compliance Tracking System) software preferred

This position is Remote or Hybrid to our Tulsa, OK, Corporate Office.

This position is eligible for remote work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.

Job Profile Summary

Responsible for multiple business process optimization (BPO) functions including project management, business process mapping and review, product backlog management and business intelligence/data governance initiatives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate implementation, with limited supervision, of process or technology improvement opportunities by managing BPO projects including but not limited to:

    • collaborate with project sponsors and project teams to define scope

    • develop project schedules and gather business requirements

    • establish project team roles and responsibilities

    • monitor progress for delivery of tasks

    • develop and execute project communication plans

  • Collaborate with business partners to identify, document and develop requirements on new backlog tasks for existing software applications. Participate in roadmap development.

  • Perform business process reviews, make recommendations for improvements and/or changes to resolve deficiencies.

  • Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of systems and develop strategies for improvement of business processes.

  • Use analysis of business process, user requirements and technology capabilities to identify reporting solutions to enhance capabilities.

  • Build business intelligence analyses with limited supervision from IT, BPO or business subject matter expert (SME).

  • Assist with identifying and implementing data governance solutions.

  • Develop strong working relationships with business partners, IT stakeholders, consultants and vendors, to achieve success on initiatives.

  • Collaborate with management, other departments or segments, customers and vendors to streamline internal processes and support implementation of technology solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, MIS, or combination of formal education and the following job-related experience preferred:
