Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of projects, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving the achievement of project goals and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage and oversee the execution of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders. - Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design and Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with UI/UX design principles. - Strong understanding of design principles and best practices. - Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. - Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approach. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Visual Design and Development. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A degree in any discipline is required.
