- You’ll manage complex share plan projects to deliver an outstanding share plan experience to your colleagues

What you'll do
As a Colleague Share Plan Manager, you’ll be leading on share plan global due diligence activities and projects, working in conjunction with our externa advisers. You’ll also provide practical and commercial advice on the application of our discretionary and all-employee share plan rules.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the wider Corporate Governance team on share-based remuneration issues. This will involve providing input into policy reviews, non-executive director shareholding and share dealing queries, and providing secretariat services to our share plan expert centre which reviews complex share plan cases against remuneration policy and practice.
Your top priorities will include:
- Managing and supporting the delivery of share plan grant and vest events, including the share sourcing approach and settlement strategy, and overseeing Sharesave invitations and maturities
- Owning, drafting, and ensuring the timely publication or submission of the bank’s share plan related disclosure, reporting, and filing requirements
- Maintaining the day-to-day relationship with the bank’s external share plan administrator, monitoring service levels and working collaboratively to innovate and improve efficiency and service levels
- Using feedback, data insights, and industry best practices to enhance share plan delivery and the colleague experience
- Curating our share plan communications strategy and ensuring all relevant collateral is clear, accurate, and engaging
The skills you'll need
To be successful in this role, you’ll need deep knowledge and experience of the design, compliance, and delivery considerations of operating share plans globally.
Furthermore, you’ll need:
- To be a collaborative team player who’s capable of building good working relationships up to an executive level across the bank
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and organisation skills
- Sound understanding and experience of global share plan legislation and administration and knowledge of the remuneration regulatory framework that applies to financial services organisations
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, anticipate problems, react to changing priorities, challenge others, and assert your views when required
