Job Qualifications

• In process of obtaining a BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, Business/Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics.
• Project Management Fundamentals (Communications, Organizational change, Customer management, Financials management, Scheduling, etc.).
• Knowledge of scaling agile methods and/or Hybrid PM models-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with and influence project managers, board members, project partners, etc.
• Strong EQ and leadership skills to move the work forward even in stressful or demanding situations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to analyze multiple sources of data, requirements, and priorities and produce the best possible scenario to accelerate project completion and value delivery.
• Self-starter: Ability to generate own ideas and proposals, and to adjust an adapt strategy as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail. Committed to implement with an important level of end-to-end accountability, quality, and agility.
• Collaboration skills and ability to actively engage up, down, and across the organization.
• Highly proactive way of working.
• Growth Mindset: intrinsically motivated to be a life-long learner.
• Ability to mentor others on project management skills, or other domain skills required for successful project/program completion.
• You must be available during the Summer of 2025 between Mid/ Late May through early August
• Must be graduating December 2026 or later to be eligible.
