Project Manager III—Community Care Administration

A caregiver in this position works Days, from 8:00am—5:00pm. This person will likely be on site 1 - 2 days per week.


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Manage all aspects of moderately complex projects. 

  • Lead/manage medium to large size projects, leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results. 

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 

  • Prepare and complete action plans Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. 

  • Complete audits and identify trends. 

  • Determine system improvements and implement changes. 

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. 

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. 

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. 

  • Set and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. 

  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. 

  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 

 
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 

  • Effective relationship building skills. 

  • Three years of project experience in assigned area which may include progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data/financial analysis, etc. 

  • OR Associate’s degree and five years of experience. 

  • OR Master’s degree and two years of experience. 

 


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Strong Project Management Skills

  • Project Documentation

  • Project Charters

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Build relationships

  • Collaborative person

  • Understanding of Market Network Services and insurance contract

  • Experience with Monday.com

Physical Requirements:

  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

  • May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.

  • Must have normal or corrected vision and be able to clearly communicate verbally by phone or in person.

  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
