What can you expect in a Corporate Recruitment Lead role with TaskUs:
You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process across multiple departments within TakUs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. You will also manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sources of talent to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Overseeing the recruitment process across multiple departments within the organization.
Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sources of talent to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
Managing a team of recruiters and providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
Monitoring and analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement, suggest and implement changes to enhance the recruitment process.
Collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles that accurately reflect the needs of the organization.
Representing the company at job fairs, conferences, and other events to attract top talent.
Ensuring that all stakeholders' requirements for talent are met on time
Provide the best applicant experience while continuously looking for ways to improve.
Offer suggestions for the department's tools, partnerships, and process enhancements

Qualifications and Requirements:
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment of which at least two in managing a recruitment team
Excellent command of the English language
Able to generate Boolean strings and perform searches
5+ years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sources of talent.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
Have experience with an industry-standard Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferred to be Workday.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a global recruitment role.
Experience in using Workday ATS
High emotional intelligence.
High degree of confidentiality.
Additional languages will be considered as a plus
Experience in employment branding through social media and professional groups.
Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
Education / Certifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
Masters degree in HR, Business or a related field is considered a plus
